²Automatic Clearing House (ACH) is a nationwide electronic payment system used by millions of consumers as an electronic alternative to check payments. These include but are not limited to, direct deposit, pre-authorized bill payment, home banking and point-of-sale transactions.
³Overdraft Privilege The Overdraft Privilege fee is $25 for each item that posts to your account that results in a negative balance. This fee applies to overdrafts created by check, in-person withdrawals, ATM withdrawals, debit card purchase and/or transactions, ACH transactions and other electronic means. You must deposit an amount equal to the amount of discretionary overdraft privilege extended to you or more in your account within each thirty (30) day period and bring your account balance to a positive balance every thirty (30) day period. The payment of overdrafts within the Overdraft Privilege limits by the EFCU is a discretionary courtesy and not a right or obligation. The EFCU will not normally pay overdrafts within the Overdraft Privilege limits if you are in default on any loan or other obligation to the Energy Federal Credit Union, if you are subject to any legal or administrative order or levy, if you exceed the Overdraft Privilege limit or have not brought your account to a positive balance within every thirty (30) day period.
