You can purchase your Dell merchandise via the telephone or online and
pay for your Dell merchandise with a credit or debit card (EFCU and others),
or you can finance your equipment with EFCU's Computer Loan program. Please
read the following details to receive pertinent instructions regarding
your individual ordering preference:
- Go to www.dell.com/epp/energyfcu
By clicking this link, the Member ID (CS51914323) has
already been entered for you. Keep this number handy during the ordering
process, however, in case you should need it.
- Select the item(s) you would like to purchase
- Dell will provide you with a Purchase Order number--Please keep this
for reference
- You may pay for the item at that time with an EFCU Visa or any other
credit card
- If you would like to finance your purchase with EFCU's Computer Loan,
contact EFCU at 800-223-2177, press 3, and give your "Purchase
Order" to an MSR.
- EFCU will make the check payable to Dell Computers, Inc. and you must
overnight* the funds directly to Dell.
- Go to www.dell.com/epp/energyfcu
Keep the Member ID (CS51914323) handy while you order
- Once you have determined the item(s) you would like to purchase by
browsing the Dell website (see above for instructions), you must telephone
the order in.
- Call Dell at 800-695-8133 x66402.
- Place your order with the Dell representative.
- Dell will send you a "Purchase Order" as confirmation.
- If you would like to finance with EFCU, you must contact us at 800-223-2177,
press 3, with your "Purchase Order" number. EFCU will make
the check payable to Dell, and you must overnight* the funds directly
to Dell.
*Dell must receive the payment in their office
no later than 3 business days after the order is reserved or the reservation
will expire. Loan checks will be for the purchase amount only.
You may track your order through the Dell website at www.dell.com--you
will need your Purchase Order number. It takes 15 to 30 days for most
computers to be custom built.
