What is the Extra Effort Recognition Program?
The Extra Effort Recognition program is a referral program where members and employees alike will be able to recognize EFCU staff for going above and beyond their job descriptions and putting forth “Extra Effort” as needed to assist a member or co-worker in need — all as part of a days work!

To recognize one of our employees, click on the poster above to send an email to our Human Resources Department at cwinovich@energyfcu.org. Please include the Who, What, When, Where, and Comments in your email so that we may fully recognize our staff for a job well done. Thank you for your participation.

There are also posters and recognition slips in each of our branches for members to fill out. You can either give those to the tellers or mail to: 5 Choke Cherry Road, Suite 110, Rockville MD 20850, Attn: Extra Effort Program.
